Royal Mail Signed For Delivery

  • We use both Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed For Service, which will arrive before 1 pm or First Class Standard Delivery. 
  • Delivery charges are £10 for Special Delivery or £5.99 for First Class Starndard Delivery for all UK addresses.
  • We endeavor to dispatch all orders within two working days.
  • If your order is placed on a Friday before 2pm, it will be processed and posted to be delivered on Monday.
  • All weekend orders will be processed on Monday for next day delivery.
  • For weekday deliveries before 1pm.
  • Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Please note that there are some remote areas within the UK where the Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery, such as Highlands and Islands.

London Same Day Delivery

  • For urgent orders to any London postcode, a Same Day Courier Service is available for £20. This includes full insurance cover.

Delivery Information for International Orders

Overseas orders are shipped by FedEx; all online orders placed by 2pm will be processed and posted within two days, with expected delivery of 2-3 working days. 

  • For international shipping, ALL duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customers.
  • For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your parcel is returned to us.
  • Costs vary depending on the country:

Shipping Costs 

  • Europe – £25 (excluding Romania, Latvia and Poland which are £30)
  • USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, China, Japan – £35
  • We do not currently ship to Russia, Turkey and Portugal. 
  • Rest of the World – Please email [email protected] to discuss delivery.

Shipping To France

  • Please be aware, that we are not directly shipping to France due to Fine Jewellery being a restricted commodity. We are working to resolve this issue soon. If you still wish to organise a private courier, please email us at [email protected]

Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Returns Policy                     

Online Orders and Telesales returns:

If you would like to return your items, please notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item, so that we can facilitate your return. The items must then be returned and received by us close of business within 21 days of receiving your purchase.
